Steward's Imperial Decree #395: Revocation of Ne'alsìejae
All persons, be they living or dead, who have been subjected to the barbaric ritual of Ne'alsìejae, whether as victim, plaintiff or intercessor, are hereby in the eyes of the Imperial Republic absolved, rehabilitated and restored to their ancestral lineages.
The ritual is further hereby prohibited and persons engaged in its practice shall henceforth be condemned and banished to the Agnesian Spider Pits.
It is so ordered.
