Popular name for what is more correctly called the Menetian Free Province.
In late 2000, several years before the Third War for Cyberian Liberation, Cody Williams and his followers declared the Menetian Free Province, claiming the secession of the province.
Many historians believe he was acting to free Menet from the rule of the Cyberian Oligarchy. Williams became a hero to the followers of a later Praetor of Menet, Capt. Geoffrey T. Spaulding.
