Nobles are best known as, the Kaiser who is the noble of all Shirerithian lands, and the Dukes and Barons of their respective Duchies and Baronies. Dukes are given 10 votes in the Landsraad, of which they can give as many or as few votes to their Baron(s) as they want. Usually, Dukes do not give more than four of their votes to their Barons unless on Leave of Absence.
