IMPERIAL DECREE 784: ESB-Jörmungandr Group Trading Station and Colony on Ura'Bos
Hear! Hear!
We do by this Our Imperial Instrument grant the ESB-Jörmungandr Group permission to establish a trading station and colony on the southern coast of Our island and Imperial Dominion which is known as Ura'Bos.
The rest of the Isle of Ura'Bos shall remain a wildlife refuge as decreed by Our predecessor Kaiser Raynor XII.

So Decreed in this Six Thousand One Hundred and Twentieth Year since the Founding of the Sector by the Hand Imperial of Hjalmar Heirðrson at the Kaiseral Court at Raynor's Keep.
