I hereby order the following amendment to the DecreeBook, effective immediately:
Chapter V, A, 2
c. All honors bestowed shall be recorded in the "Roll of Honor", recording the name of the recipient, the year of the bestowment (in ASC), as well as a reason for the bestowment, when applicable.
