Ministers run their respective ministries, aiding the Kaiser in tasks that though important, would take up too much of the Kaiser's time if it was required for the Kaiser zirself to handle them.
The Ministries consist of ((which their subsidiaries):

- Conduct foreign relations
- Negotiate treaties (with Landsraad/Kaiserial approval)

- 2. Ministry Of Immigration And Naturalization (MiniImNat)
- Add citizens
- Remove inactive citizens
- Run bimestrual census
- Maintain list of citizens and residency
- Create and run tourism industry

- Add, remove, and change website data as needed.
