Imperial Decree #477: Apollonian Guard and Valley of Mors

In the name of the Gods and Nobles of Shireroth,
I hereby announce the following: 1. I (re)confirm the existence of the Apollonian Guard as sole bodyguard of the Kaiser.
2. I order the establishment of the 'Valley of Mors' to the north of Shirekeep. The Valley of Mors will be a valley were dead Kaisers will be buried in their tomb. At the entrance of the Valley, a temple will be build in honour of our Kaisers who protect us from the Afterlife and that temple will be known as Sakatopolis.
3. The Priests of Mors and Sakat will have joint responsibility over the Valley and the Temple.
