A minor is somebody who is in the naturalization period of immigration into Shireroth. For citizens new to micronations, this acclamation period is four weeks. For somebody from another nation or somebody who is returning to Shireroth after a long absence, this period is only two weeks. It is possible to appeal to have the time period waived. Minors may not become nobles or become Kaiser. They are also restricted from several Ministerial positions.
