Jess Heimer(AKA Jess eynAmokolia)is a micronationalist, originally from Amokolia is also Shirithian and hails from Naudia'Diva in Yardistan where he is the Count. Jess has had numerous titles in various micronations. Jess is most famous in the micronational world for being a 'n00b'. As if it was his job he would say the most moronic things at the most inept times.
