Imperial Decree #63: The Landsraad Front Gate

This Decree Has Since Been Revoked
The Landsraad Front Gate is henceforth the place where non-noble Shirerithians are to discuss their political concerns. They may vote bills, acts, measures, dictates, statements or orders. If a bill, act, measure, dictate, statement or order is voted upon unanimously by all the non-noble citizens of Shireroth, said bill, act, measure, dictate, statement or order will be forwarded to the Landsraad for the Dukes and Barons to vote upon it. Only after the Landsraad accepts the bill, act, measure, dictate, statement or order it will be considered active.
