A province of the Federal Republic of Cyberia, Belar was established in 1738 as a British colony, Bava has a large Irish community, thriving port towns and world-class universities.
A tremendously independent and right-wing province, it is notable for hosting Dunkinopolis, the federal capital and the main trading center. It has perhaps the most flexible economic activities, with wealthy commercial activites to the east, and equally agrarian centers in the west.
