The Purple Cadre was a resistance group that was active in Cyberia during the rule of the Cyberian Oligarchy. Lead by Purple Cyberian, it fought the ruling clicque with street theater and humorous sketches.
Tolerated at first, but banned after it's links to the then-exiled Emperor Jacobus were discovered. The story goes that Purple Cyberian was inspired by Red Cyberian, a Communist resistance leader. Purple was chosen as the color of Emperors in oppostion to Red, the color of Communism.
