The S.N.O.R.E. Conference, or the Seeking New Opportunities for Relations Environments Conference, took place between late May and late July 2006 with a view to healing the relationship between the Republic of Antica and Shireroth. It was convened by Kaiser Meskan II (Bill) and was hosted on the Shirerithian forums. It certainly fostered better relations between the nations, seeing the Duchy of Antica dissolved with its territory being transferred to the Republic. However, though points were raised about the handling of the Delphi Tgaoth Trial, a nominal Board of Grievances established by the Treaty never in fact met formally.
