Whereas there is a sense of disorder and disorganization within the Imperial Republic’s structure and divisions, it is hereby decreed that the first imperial census is going to be held. Heads of houses or their emissaries are to send in the following information to the Steward or the Kaiser of the Imperial Republic: | |||

All citizens and houses have until 1 Agnifiero 3902 (12 April 2010) to send in relevant data. Extensions may be granted to those who suffer from the plague of having a life outside micronationalism. Failure for a house to respond within the allotted time will result in loss of favour from the Golden Mango Throne. | |||
