Imperial Decree #383: Steward and MiniEx
Dear Shirerithians, greetings!
I hereby appoint Leo Dine to the position of Steward of Shireroth. I thank him for his work as Minister of the Exterior.
I also appoint Austi Scot to the position of Minister of Exterior. After the constant nagging on your part to get this position, you better do a stellar job now that you finally have it.
