Seeing as I'm particularly enjoying the antics of Greg Russell, and seeing as I find this to have a potentially hilarious outcome:
Mirioth, Amity, and So-Sara is hereby granted Duchy status, with Gman Russell instated as Duke, for the period of 30 years ASC. If, by the end of this period, the Duchy of Mirioth, Amity, and So-Sara has aquired at least 4 citizens, at least 3 of which are active, they shall be allowed to keep Duchy status. Otherwise, they shall be returned to their previous status of County.
DMASS shall be afforded all the rights to rebellion as Yardistan.
