==Airport, Football/Soccer Stadium re-opens==
 
Mattlore Devious (etc) was re-opened under [[Imperial Decree 281]] as the home of football in Shireroth. Several teams have been organized. The association is accepting teams and players from beyond the confines of Shireroth.
 
==Kaiser Hasan I takes the Throne==
 
Count Hesam of Hyperborea has been crowned [[Kaiser Hasan I]] [http://shireroth.kuroshiro.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7954 after a spirited contest] with [[Jacobus Loki]], [[Steward]] of [[Mors V]].
 
At issue were both contestants previous citizenships and their loyalties to Shireroth. The community seems well plesaed with the accesion of Kaiser Hasan I and the retention of Jacobus Loki as Steward.
