IMPERIAL DECREE Nº 607
TO ALL AND SINGULAR to whom these Presents shall come, Her Imperial and Royal Niftiness the Kaiseress of Shireroth sends greeting!
WHEREAS it has been the custom in years gone by to commemorate the Twenty-Eighth day of the month of Ikolstyme as Screw the British Day;
AND ALTHOUGH we have no knowledge of such a people it is not our policy to discriminate against individuals purely upon the basis of national or ethnic identity;
LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that we, Mira Raynora the Younger, Kaiseress of Shireroth, Queen of Lichbrook, Duchess of Brookshire, Lichgravine of Overdolor, Markhaness of Lachmodan, Countess of Caverden, Woodshire, Lowbrook, Azarea and Ž, Khaness of Karalakh and Kizillakh, Viscountess of Maltenstein, do by these Presents abolish Screw the British Day;
AND BY THE AUTHORITY AFORESAIDwe do further decree that the Twenty-Eighth day of the month of Ikolstyme shall be celebrated henceforth as Unity Day.
