IMPERIAL DECREE Nº 597
TO ALL AND SINGULAR to whom these Presents shall come, Her Imperial and Royal Niftiness the Kaiseress of Shireroth sends greeting!
WHEREAS overly noisy toddler groups have lately been disturbing Her Niftiness' concentration and thereby interfering with the governence of the Imperial Republic;
LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that we, Mira Raynora the Younger, Kaiseress of Shireroth, Queen of Lichbrook, Lichgravine of Overdolor, Markhaness of Lachmodan, Countess of Caverden, Woodshire and Lowbrook, Khaness of Karalakh and Kizillakh, Viscountess of Maltenstein, do by these Presents decree that toddler groups shall be banned henceforth from all public areas within the city of Shirekeep;
AND BY THE AUTHORITY AFORESAID we do further direct our Imperial Guards to root out and chastise all who contravene this decree, for they are a menace to decent, hard-working citizens and must be punished without mercy.
