Imperial Decree #62: Cabinet Efficiency

This Decree No Longer Functions, As There Is No Krantzler
Seeing that in its current state the cabinet of ministers of Shireroth functions poorly, the following changes shall be invoked in order to make the cabinet more efficient.
Each ministry should present to the Kantzler a report on its plans for the future every 2 months. The inability of a minister to fulfill the plans issued in the report may serve as reason of the dismissal of said minister upon consultation of the acting Kaiser with the Kantzler.
