IMPERIAL DECREE 796: Jonas to the Order of the Dragon
Hear! Hear!
Insomuch it is Our Imperial Wish and Desire to recognize the act of extreme bravery and steadfastness by Jonas WinEith that shattered the glass ceiling for the House of Ettlingar Freyu concerning the Kaisership, an act worthy of the highest of praise, We do by this Our Imperial Instrument appoint him to the Order of the Dragon conferring the state, degree, dignity, title, and honour of Knight of the Dragon upon him.
