Named for Mike Phyle, this small town in Lasteria became the center of the space program of the United Imperium in the spring of 2000. Using liquid hydrogen / oxygen fuel recovered from seawater, the UI launced a series of satelites comprising the NETT Satelite System as well as various spy satelites and communications links.
The planned moon mission was scrapped due to political troubles in June of 2000.
