IMPERIAL DECREE 783: Appointment MoMA
Hear! Hear!
I hereby appoint Layla Nefeteri Maliana Verion as the new Minister of Military Affairs. In line of the Mango-Strengthening Movement, she will participate in the development of Shirerithian Internal Military System (SIMS), which has as goal to establish certain guidelines concerning the military.
