The Great Famine - not to be confused with the Great Famine of Elwynn, which is the former's final part - was a series of hunger famines that blighted rural Elwynn over the course of two decades (1512-1533) commencing in the First Babkhan Era with the First Hunger Famine and coming to an end in the Froyalanish Era with the end of the aforementioned Great Famine of Elwynn.
