Pursuant to Imperial Decree 4L2, Spraki Krumsson is granted citizenship. Moreover, his request for the County of Amarr is granted.

-The County of Lakhesis is hereby granted to Malliki Tosha. Lakehesis is, of course part of Brookshire, and currently under the protection of Yardistan.
