Imperial Decree #456: Succession fixes.
Decreebook: Chapter II.
B. 3. shall be amended.
Quote: 3: Steward a. If no Kaiser can be crowned using the rules for Succession, the throne passes to the Steward, subject to these same restrictions. b. If no Steward is in place the Landsraad must immediately elect one. c. The Steward may be a Dual Citizen if there is a Kaiser on the throne. d. The Steward does not become Kaiser upon taking the throne, but merely rules in the place of a Kaiser until one is found.
B.4. to be removed due to superfluousness.
The following shall be added to B.2. Quote: f. The succession of the throne shall be overseen by the Arbiter of the Imperial Judex, in consultation with the Landraad and Imperial Advisory Council. g. Until a Kaiser is crowned, the Steward shall maintain the functions of government.
