Imperial Decree #422: Santelran Rottsaa
By the power invested in me by the Gods,
I declare that Santelran Rottsaa has lost his citizenship of Shireroth as a result of ignoring several
warnings to drop one of his citizenships to meet the requirements of the Tri-Cit Law. Let me be clear: Lord Rottsaa is still a welcome guest
and I hope to see him back as a Shirerithian very soon.
