Steward's Imperial Decree #397: A Dutch for Kildare
In the name of Kaiser Gaelen III, and by his authority, I decree the following
1. Jonas Windsor is hereby appointed "Dutch" of Kildare;
2. Shyriath Bukolos; ref unperson. SHINE to rectify error;
3. Any further issues arising from this shall be clarified by Imperial Rescript, deriving authority from this decree.
