Imperial Decree #393: Cho'Gall's rebellion
The Imperial government recognises the secession of the County of Agnesia as attempted, nifty, amusing, and totally illegal. The writing therein is recognised as amusing in places and actually quite inspiring in others.
In recognition of these recognitions, and approximately following Landsraad law, from this day on Cho'Gall shall be recognised as an honorary citizen of Yardistan with full honors and no obligations.
