To all dear citizens of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, love and happiness be with you!
The office of Arbiter has been vacant for a while, which is not good at all. The Arbiter is one of the most important offices in Shireroth, and also mandated by the Charter.
Therefore, I am happy to announce the appointment of Bacchus to the position of Arbiter of the Imperial Judex. I am confident that he will perform his duties well and perhaps not be as uncompromising as his predecessor was.
