Imperial Decree 294
In the name of Kaiser Ayreon I, and by his authority, I decree the following:
1. That a certain Ardashir Moqtada Osmani, the Khan of Vijayanagara and lately Lord Elwynn and Steward of Shireroth shall enjoy immunity from all prosecution and censure for his part in the events of the period between the years 3256 & 3275 ASC.
2. There shall be a full and general pardon for Ardashir Moqtada Osmani and all his associates and correspondents during that period concerning their activities.
