Gong Li is an island and county in the southeast of the mainland of Kildare. When the Union of Apollo States where formed, the currency of Gong Li (previously the Confederation of Hau'Oli'Ena) became used trough whole the UAS.
It's the home of the Gong Li Navy, that was developped by Count Rarkasha.
