Issued by Kaiser Los II
The Barony of Lunaris is hereby taken from the Duchy of Goldshire and given to the Duchy of Kildare.
Kitanus Fields is hereby taken from the Duchy of Kildare and given to the Duchy of Goldshire.
All citizens, lands, and funds associated with both territories are also transferred.
