Imperial Decree #106: David Beckford
Issued by Kaiser Los II
In accordance with the prophecy:
In honor of his service as emissary of Lothlaria, David Beckford is given the position of Kiwi Interim Administrator / Special Executive Regent, with the ability to vote for Lothlaria whenever Mattlore is not around. This position may be called Kiaser for short.
This decree will take effect on 14-7-04.
