Imperial Decree #101: Land Transfer

The island of Mar Sara will be transferred from Yardistan proper to the Barony of Amity and Mirioth.
The Khaz Modan Islands will be transferred from Yardistan proper to the Barony of Amity and Mirioth.
The island of Florencia will be transferred from Yardistan proper to the Duchy of Brookshire.
In the future, it is suggested that Dukes read the Charter very carefully before angering the Kaiser and then trying to taunt him by saying the Charter prohibits him from transferring land, especially if the Kaiser is in a bad mood.
