Issued by Kaiser Los II
I, Kaiser Los II, do hereby name Count Erik Mortis Brookshire of Monty Crisco as heir to the Kaiserial throne. Should I perish, abdicate, or be otherwise unable or unwilling to hold the office of Kaiser, he shall be my sole legal successor.
