Issued by Kaiser Wyltheow I
Due to reasons beyond the extent of my power to correct, I hereby revoke the act of the Landsraad awarding to Duke Mattlore Devious the Celestis Award. The rest of the Act establishing the Celestis Award is to Remain intact.
