Steward Decree #135: Clarification on Subdivision Decrees
Issued By Steward Shyriath Bukolos
Despite the general acceptance that the acts of Barons and Dukes are subordinate to Imperial law or decree, it is a matter nowhere stated in the Charter or Decreebook. Thus, let the following points be clarified:
-No legally binding act or Decree of any Noble within zir subdivision may contradict Imperial Law or Imperial Decree.
-From this point forward, all Nobles must post in the Kaiser's Court in order to notify the Kaiser of any new Decree they have made, including a link to said Decree.
