1- Bill Dusch is my Steward, and empowered to make decrees in my stead as the... well... steward. Anyway, i'm meaning this more to be a test for him, and if he passes, i'll proly name him the next kaiser. Oh man, i'm truly insane...
2- this is decree 228, skipping 227, because I made two 226 decrees. Confusing eh?
