All minorcy periods that are currently in session are hereby waived.
Under my reign, minorcy shall not be the norm, but shall only be placed by me for some specific new citizens, and only under a special circumstance.
This is getting stupid. We had a citizen leave because of the fact that he couldn't wait because of the minorcy period. We have a lot of jobs to fill and no one to fill it.
I shall make a decree allowing a minor to become a count once I find the requisite legislation in the Lawbook.
