Stewards Decree# 277: Treaty abrogation
The Treaty of Shirekeep, dating from the ancient days of Raynor XI of loving memory, is hereby acknowledged to be out-of-date, unenforceable and therefore moot, empty and void, especially as the Parties to the Treaty exist on three separate planets (Geiss, Micras and Earth).
