The local title of the Duke of Straylight. Stands for Head Of Non-Independent State. The "s" is ignored when pronouncing the word since Straylight isn't really a state at all (some say it's closer to a "dynamic"), so the official local title of the Duke of Straylight is actually pronounced "honey".
