Creating Viscount Kern

We bestow upon Lord Benjamin Sebasokrator Timothy Quentin Kern the degree, dignity and title of Viscount Kern, of Kern Ward in Pinito's Proctology Palace in the Imperial City of Shirekeep. The title shall succeed to his descendants, with preference to the eldest, with no discrimination on gender or whether born within or outside marriage, or whether biological or adopted.
