By my hand as Kaiser of Shireroth,
Morsday, the 14th day of Vanchauslurk, shall henceforth be known as Victory Over Outside Oppression Memorial (VO0O/\/\) Day, in remembrance of the day the People of Shireroth resisted the unilateral oppression from foreign autocrats and affirmed the Kaiser's power as the final judge of all matters within the Imperial Republic.
