IMPERIAL DECREE Nº 722
ON INDUCTING HALLO TO THE ORDER OF THE GRIFFIN

HIS MAJESTY THE KAISER
For continuous providing of comfort, wisdom, knowledge and prophecy in conversations with me, other Shirerithians and foreigners, Hallo is hereby inducted into the Order of the Griffin as Knight.
