The Court of the Calm Waters serves as the office for Natopia's Secretary for Foreign Affairs. The Secretary is appointed by the Emperor and is responsible for carrying out Natopia's foreign policy.
Architecture
The Court of the Calm Waters is located near Vista de Nada Palace and serves as the primary office for the Secretary and hosts foreign ambassadors and liasons. It was designed by Dingo Enterprises as a larger version of a World's Fair Pavilion. Imposing Doric columns, tall windows, and a looming, nearly floating roof convey Natopia's overarching foreign policy motto of Solidarity, Expansion, Friendship.This structure has always housed Natopia's foreign affairs department.
