Imperial Decree #65: Joe Whit and Yardistan
Joe Whit is ordered to post an adequate defense of his inactivity over the past few months or resign his position. If his defense is not adequate, he does resign, or he fails to do either before the end of Friday, August 15th, he will lose his position as Duke of Yardistan. The Landsraad will then be allowed to replace him as they see fit.
So let it be done.
