A Circuit is type of subdivision of the Elwynnese Union which may be created by Royal Law within the borders of a Royal Precinct.
About
A Royal Precinct may, by Royal Law, be divided into two or more Circuits when it:
- has more than twenty municipal corporations within its borders, or;
- has a population higher than twenty-five million residents, or;
- is stretched out over a large geographic area, or;
- covers more than one time zone.
It is, however, required by Royal Law that a Circuit must cover at least five municipal corporations. The names, borders and numbers of Circuits are to be established by Royal Law.
