| Octavius Me is a Despot and the co-founder of the

| Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Antican Navy, with the rank of

| Commandant. During Antica's history, Octavius Me has tended to be more

| in the background rather than the foreground, maintaining a secretive

| stance and working on various items that may or may not have been
| |
| intended for actual use. Some of these accomplishments include work on

| both the original Constitution of Antica and its modern successor
| |
| ([[Antican Constitution]]), the infamous
| |
| [http://antica.uni.cc/images/standard_flag.jpg National Flag] of the
| |
| Dinarchy of Antica, various insignia, military structural organization
| |
| for both the Army and the Navy, the
| |

| of the Dinarchy, et cetera.

| Octavius Me was the webmaster of the original Antican Website until | |
| [[Delphi Augustus]], his sidekick, learned PHP sufficiently in order to

| completely redo the website, and has been maintaining the website for
| |
| the most part, with only minor details still done by Octavius Me. Me
| |
| silently agreed that the current form of the website is better than the
| |
| original.
