IMPERIAL DECREE Nº 637: Creation of County Palatine of Kezan
WHEREAS the ratified Treaty of Mahapur has added Freedom Isle to the Imperial Lands;
AND WHEREAS Imperial States may be created from Imperial Land;
LET IT BE KNOWN that the County Palatine of Kezan is hereby created.
LET IT ALSO BE KNOWN THAT:
- (1) the title of Count Palatine of Kezan is hereby held by the Lord of House Octavius in perpetuity;
- (2) the County Palatine of Kezan shall be administered as seen fit by the corporate leadership of House Octavius as seen fit by that house;
- (3) the County Palatine of Kezan shall be an imperial state, pending approval by the Landsraad.
